What the Event Will Cover:

“Budget 2020 Analysis”

The day after Rishi Sunak delivers the Budget to Parliament, we are holding a special Manchester Finance Director Network event.

The event will include a corporate tax, personal tax and indirect tax summary of the 2020 Budget and its implications on you and your business with expert analysis from MHA Moore and Smalley.

MHA Moore and Smalley tax partner Colin Abrahams and indirect tax partner Jonathan Main will review and summarise the Chancellor’s announcements and provide an analysis of what the Budget means for businesses and Finance Directors in the region.

We will also be welcoming Maven Capital Investment Director Ryan Bevington who will be discussing his investment in ITS, and the need for the appointment of a new CFO. Followed by ITS Technology CFO Carl Kameen and Chairman Kevin Gaskell who will be discussing the change that they and their management team implemented through the entire business, resulting in a incredibly successful exit, while Kevin was on the waters doing the Talisker challenge across the Atlantic.

In addition Rowan’s Director Paul Waite will host a Q&A to discuss the impact an FD can have during a private equity investment through to exit.
