What is employee engagement?

Employee engagement covers a number of different areas for businesses, but fundamentally it’s about how a business interacts with its people and helps to aid its own recruitment and retention by working through their wellbeing.

 

Businesses may introduce employee engagement through its benefit system, or even simply the language they use to communicate to their employees.

 

Ultimately employee engagement looks at how a business wants to work with its employees to push their growth plans forward.
