Automatic Disqualification Guidance for Charities

From 1 August 2018 changes to the automatic disqualification rules mean that there will be more restrictions on who can run a charity.

Charities will need to check that the trustees, CEO and Finance Director will not be disqualified from acting in these positions after 1 August and build some simple steps into their recruitment systems. You can view more information about this by clicking here.
