Three senior promotions at our firm
Our firm has made a trio of director level appointments in the North West.
Jack Steer, who is based at our Lancaster office, has been promoted to director in the audit team. He has been with MHA Moore and Smalley since graduating the University of Manchester in 2011.
Yvonne Coulston has been promoted to director from senior manager within the accounts and advisory team. She will continue to support all our agricultural clients across the North West.
Catherine Holt has been promoted to director of business operations, based at our Preston office. She was previously business operations manager.

“Last year we made a total of 25 promotions across the firm as well as 14 student promotions. Jack, Yvonne and Catherine’s hard work and expertise have contributed to MHA Moore and Smalley’s growth since they have joined the firm and it feels right they are rewarded with these promotions.”
Jack, who was previously corporate services senior manager, specialises in advising owner-managed businesses. He supports our firm’s clients across the North West.

Yvonne has been with our firm around five years and has a total 15 years’ experience in accountancy, specialising in the farming sector. She lives in Kewsick and is based at our Kendal office.
“Part of the reason for joining MHA Moore and Smalley was I knew the firm would offer strong opportunities for my own personal development. I’m excited to continue this development in my new role while supporting our agricultural clients across the North West.”
Catherine has worked for at our firm for around five years. Her specialist knowledge includes Financial Conduct Authority regulation, project management and operational efficiencies.
Her new role will include a wider responsibility for processes and working practices across the firm.
