Hospice Cycle Challenge

On Saturday 18th July 2015, a number of Moore and Smalley employees will be joining a large group of individuals taking part in a charity cycle ride across the North West.

The ‘Hospice Cycle Challenge’ will cover 125 miles in total, but due to the gruelling length, some cyclists have opted for a section of the route as opposed to the entirety. The event has earned its title due to the fact that the route will cover six locations of selected hospices, all of which will be the charities of choice to receive the raised funds. The six hospices (in route order) are St Mary’s In Ulverston, St John’s in Lancaster, Trinity Hospice in Blackpool, St Catherine’s in Preston, Bolton Hospice, and East Lancashire Hospice.

Due to the intensity and length of the cycle ride, there is a great deal of training and organisation involved with this event, any donation would be greatly appreciated. To make a donation, please visit the Just Giving page https://www.justgiving.com/teams/HospiceCycleChallenge.
