Client satisfaction survey 2017 – The scores are in

The results of Moore and Smalley’s 2017 client satisfaction survey are in and reveal a high level of overall approval from clients.

The firm achieved an overall satisfaction score of 91% based on answers to a wide range of questions including the quality of advice received, professionalism, sector knowledge, communication and client service.

The survey also revealed that 97% of respondents said they would confidently recommend Moore and Smalley to a friend or contact, up from 95% last year.

Graham Gordon, managing partner at Moore and Smalley, said: “We’re very pleased with these latest results, however, our annual client satisfaction is not just about congratulating ourselves.

“Delivering outstanding service and trusted advice is the most important thing we can do. It’s only through feedback that we can continue to improve. Our clients can be assured we’ll be studying these results closely. We’ll take on board constructive feedback, as well as any negative comments, as we strive always to do better.”
