Bridging the GAP with MHA Moore and Smalley
MHA Moore and Smalley, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors and Philip Dyer, Founder of nxo, hosted their first session from their new development programme geared towards Directors.
Bridging the GAP (Growth Advancement Performance) sessions are aimed at those seeking personal growth within their company. The sessions are designed to be challenging, stimulating but utterly practical. They are driven by MHA Moore and Smalley and nxo but intended to be guided by the Directors themselves.
Stephen Gregson, Corporate Finance Director and host of the sessions said, “It can be extremely isolating being a Managing Director, leaving few opportunities to openly discuss the daily challenges of business life or discuss ideas for the future.
Philip Dyer and I held the first session in our Preston office to Bridge the GAP between where you are now and where you want to be. We will be starting a group in Lancaster and a second group in Preston. Each session is bespoke and aims to aid business growth and profit by sharing experiences and leaving you with practical actions to undertake.”
The session received positive feedback from the attendees. Glyn Jones, Managing Director at Nutriculture, said “Bridging the GAP was an opportunity to share some burning issues in a supportive environment with people that understand the challenges of running a business.”
Janet Bowden Managing Director Woodbank Office Solutions said “Bridging the GAP brought together an interesting and experienced group of people to learn from; I will enjoy the sessions.”
We will be launching a new Bridging the GAP group on the 24th September. Those wishing to attend are advised to contact Stephen Gregson from MHA Moore and Smalley or Philip Dyer from nxo for further details.
