Boosting productivity is key for 2017
2016 was a year to remember, for better or for worse, but 50% of the region’s professionals agree that in 2017, their main business objective is to boost productivity through better time management.
With the prolonged uncertainty of market conditions following Brexit, benefits of increasing productivity can be far-reaching.
In an online survey conducted by Charted Accountants and Business Advisers, Moore and Smalley, it was revealed that better time management was a key priority for business owners in 2017.
Better time management and increased productivity came out on top, ahead of an increase in sales, innovation via new products or services, reduction in costs, and growth through a business acquisition or merger.
As we enter 2017, it’s imperative for businesses to position themselves advantageously, and perhaps better time management and increased productivity will lead the way, only time will tell.
