Executive summary                                                 What did we do well?

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about significant changes in working practices across the board over the last 2 years.  We had to adapt how we delivered our services to our clients and in this year’s survey we invited them to share their thoughts on whether this is having a positive or negative impact.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) has become widely accepted as a key factor in the day-to-day running and future plans of UK businesses. The global pandemic has increased the pace of change towards more environmentally friendly behaviour, we also asked our clients how important is ESG to them.

How important is it to you that we have a robust Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy in place to minimise our impact on the planet?
