Our Societal Impact

Our strategy aims to positively impact communities, promote diversity, and protect employee well-being.

In many ways, our ESG strategy was accelerated by COVID-19. We embraced agile working which helped our people juggle the complexities of life during the pandemic and find more of a work/life balance as we look to the future.

However, the last few years has taken a toll on many people’s health and wellbeing, affecting our ability to socialise, support our communities and come together to make a positive impact.

Recognising this, the Firm have developed our Societal Impact strategy to make positive changes to the communities in which we work and live, and to be a forward-thinking firm who is dedicated to actively engaging and encouraging diversity and inclusion in the workplace and protecting our people’s health and wellbeing from the pressures of the modern world.
